Omaha Beach Villa is an architecturally designed luxury home on vacation in one of the most popular beach areas in New Zealand. Located about an hour's drive north of Auckland, Omaha Beach is the calm place to spend a holiday in winter and summer. North of where the America's Cup played - The villa is located only 1 minute on a beautiful beach in the Hauraki Gulf off the northeastern coast of New Zealand!

4.5 miles of beach, hiking, rich beautiful white sand and gentle surf, collect explore shallow areas for children to play, the rocks, shells, and of course swimming. The tip of the peninsula beach is a bird sanctuary. The stunning sight from the cottage overlooking the water to the outlying islands of Great Barrier Islands as well as Little Barrier.

There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, ultra modern kitchen with stunning ocean views, living / dining room, floor to ceiling windows with double rear doors. There is a large terrace and outdoor area at the front and one side, and offers a wonderful indoor / outdoor grilling and eating and feel welcome. An outdoor barbecue gas supplies. The ground floor has a separate living room includes an additional sofa bed and a kitchen.

They are seen with a portfolio of things to do and welcomed. The villa has a TV and DVD with "Sky TV", the stereo and telephone. If desired, linens are provided. There is plenty of storage space, and it is easy to solve too quickly and feel at home.

The whole area is rich in bird life. Many seabirds feed and nest in the area of mangroves, estuaries, sandbars, rock gardens. The tip of the Omaha Beach is a bird sanctuary and home to a number of migratory bird species.
